Description
The CS Upgrade Installation and Relocation (UIR) Assistant Engineer will perform installation and relocation activities for various EUV/DUV/YS lithography systems. This includes executing system qualification and acceptance tests, assisting in machine adjustment and validation, and providing administrative support like machine progress handover and perfect material return. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, complying with safety and PIP requirements, and delivering high-quality service through proper assembly, repair, and upgrade procedures. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to knowledge building, product management, process optimization, issue handover, document management, and customer communication.
