Audemars Piguet is hiring a Technical Team Leader to lead the workshop team for a top-tier watch brand. Reporting to the CS Manager of APCN, the role manages workshop leaders, develops talent, sets performance and operational targets, oversees quality and safety, coordinates with client relations, spare parts, logistics, and training, and represents the technical team to ultra-high-net-worth clients and brand visitors. The position requires at least 10 years of hands-on experience in high-end watch service, at least 6 years leading a technical team, Mandarin and English fluency, and an authoritative-coaching leadership style.
