Renault Group is hiring a six-month internship for a final-year Master’s student or BAC+5 engineering-school student specializing in embedded systems and software development. The intern will analyze and adapt Safety applications from AUTOSAR Classic to run on a QNX runtime within a Software Defined Vehicle platform, integrate communication between QNX and Android Automotive OS, validate end-to-end functionality, measure latencies, and document the architecture. The role requires C, C++, or Rust programming, embedded operating systems and real-time systems knowledge, systems engineering, and familiarity with automotive software architectures; knowledge of QNX, AUTOSAR Classic, functional safety, and embedded communication mechanisms is advantageous.
