Turner & Townsend is hiring an Assistant Cost Manager to support cost management services for a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility construction project. The role assists with cost planning and estimation, procurement and tendering, variations and change control, contractor progress claims, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, financial governance, and coordination across CSA, MEP, and specialist systems. It is intended for an early-career professional and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles.
