The CSA Cost Engineer works on-site within the Cost Management department, reporting to the Cost Manager or Project Manager and collaborating with construction leadership, subcontractors, and vendors. The role estimates and tracks Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction costs, including budgets, commitments, forecasts, change orders, material quantities, and cost authorization packages. It requires construction estimating experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/design software, the ability to interpret construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs, and education or equivalent field experience in engineering, construction management, or construction methods.
