Description

The Cost Engineer will work in the Cost Management department, reporting to the Cost Manager or Project Manager and collaborating with Construction Managers and Superintendents. The role analyzes design and construction documents, reviews cost proposals, prepares cost estimates for scope changes, maintains job cost reports and project indicators, reconciles costs, and quantifies materials through document interpretation and on-screen take-offs. The position is fully in-office at the Seattle Main Office and requires at least two years of construction estimating experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
