The role manages quality control, subcontractor coordination, site documentation, programme tracking, design review, snagging, and handover activities while ensuring compliance with standards, safety requirements, and approved specifications. Candidates must hold Level 3 Senior Member status with the Ordem dos Engenheiros in Portugal, have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, and possess at least three years of experience, ideally on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
