Winthrop Technologies is hiring a CSA Supervisor to manage the coordination of civil, structural, and architectural work packages on a major data centre project in Finland. The role leads site safety, quality assurance, schedule coordination, subcontractor management, site operations, documentation, change management, drawing reviews, and project close-out. Candidates need a degree in engineering or equivalent experience, the ability to manage CSA personnel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, at least seven years of relevant experience, and experience delivering large-scale CSA projects.
