Description
The CSBG/LIHEAP Integrated Program Operations Manager supports the Community Services/LIHEAP Director with program operations, staff coaching and mentoring, application processing, recordkeeping, reporting, budget and expenditure monitoring, compliance evaluation, training, and coordination with other agency programs. The role requires knowledge of program operations, strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and either a bachelor’s degree in a related field or ten years of programmatic experience.
