Description
The Central Sterile Processing Specialist will work in a healthcare setting, including a hospital, surgery center, or contracted healthcare facility. The role requires at least three years of progressively responsible experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with surgical tracking software, and current HSPA or CBSPD specialty certification, with Instrument Specialist certification required within 12 months of entry. Staff education, training, leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation survey experience are preferred.
