Description
The CSR Dispatch/Warehouse Associate coordinates product dispatch, manages inventory and stock levels, maintains shipment records, prepares shipping documents and labels, communicates with internal teams, and helps keep the warehouse organized and safe. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse or logistics experience, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, inventory management software proficiency, and forklift certification or equipment-operation experience; customer service and dispatch experience are preferred.
