Description
The CSS Program Manager leads and oversees the Community Support Services program across Foundation Communities properties, including Case Management Services, Adult Clinical Services, and Youth Development Programs. The role coordinates contracted providers, supervises and develops case management staff, analyzes program data, prepares reports, builds community partnerships, and supports resident stability and well-being. It requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, a current Texas LCSW, LPC, or equivalent clinical license, and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with varied work locations and occasional evening or weekend availability.
