Description
The CSSD Technician is responsible for collecting, cleaning, assembling, sterilizing, distributing, and documenting sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies for hospital units and departments. The role also includes maintaining sterile sets, reporting shortages and hazards, following infection-control and occupational-safety procedures, and completing relevant training. Applicants must hold a valid UAE DOH/DHA CSSD Technician license, a bachelor's or diploma in medical sterilization management or operating theatre technology, at least three to four years of post-qualification multispecialty hospital experience, home-country registration, and fluency in English; Arabic is desirable but not essential.
