Description
The CT Technologist performs high-quality computed tomography studies, ensures patient safety through radiation and contrast screening, communicates with customers and radiologists, troubleshoots CT and peripheral equipment, and may train new technologists or patient coordinators. The role requires ARRT registration or NMTCB certification, a state license, CPR certification, customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to move patients and work in varying physical conditions.
