Description
The CT Technologist III performs complex and advanced cardiac CT examinations, including gated and CCTA scans, calcium scoring, QARG documentation, and advanced post-processing. The role also supports physicians with equipment and patient preparation, medication handling, venipuncture, image review, equipment maintenance, workflow leadership, quality improvement, and precepting. It requires an associate degree or college diploma from a JRCERT-accredited radiological program, BLS certification, California radiologic technologist licensure, and R.T.(R) and R.T.(CT) registry certifications, along with at least five years of CT experience in a busy clinical environment. The position includes a variable shift with weekends.
