Description
The CT Technologist performs computed tomography exams, prepares and documents medication and radiation activities, and supports interventional and therapeutic procedures under the direction of a licensed practitioner. The role requires patient assessment and monitoring, accurate documentation of orders, knowledge of department equipment and medical terminology, effective communication, teamwork, and a high school diploma or GED. An accredited imaging program is preferred, and the position requires a current Indiana Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT (R)(CT) registry; applicants without the registry must obtain it within one year of hire.
