Mercer County Community College is seeking a CTE Completion Specialist to support Career Technical Education (CTE) students. The specialist will provide academic and personal strategy support, promote academic success, create workshops, offer one-on-one guidance, and foster positive student-faculty relationships. They will collaborate with various student support services and ensure students are aware of available resources. This grant-funded position focuses on enhancing student retention and success.
