Rite of Passage Team is hiring a CTE Instructor for Miami Youth Academy in Miami, Florida. The role administers all phases of the site’s Career and Technical Education programs, ensures program standards are met, reviews and analyzes program elements, provides direction to the Principal, seeks funding opportunities, and collaborates with higher education, state agencies, local businesses, and community organizations. The position pays $42,000 annually, is exempt, and is paid bi-weekly. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass background and drug screening, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week as needed. Career and Technical Education Administrator certification is preferred.
