Journey Community Schools is hiring a Career and Technical Education instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in a small school environment, develop lesson plans aligned with Tennessee State Standards, assess and differentiate instruction, communicate with students and families, support underserved scholars, and participate in professional development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, CTE licensure with authorization to teach, subject-matter knowledge, understanding of child development and learning styles, data-analysis ability, and a willingness to improve instructional practices; one or more years of student-teaching experience is preferred.
