Mon Marché is hiring a permanent CTO to define and lead the company’s technology strategy, manage the technology budget, oversee the e-commerce platform’s performance, stability, security, scalability, and quality assurance, and lead a team of front-end, back-end, and QA developers. The role also involves collaborating with business and product teams, implementing automation and artificial intelligence solutions, and recruiting and developing talent. The technology stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, Golang, Next.js, React, React Native, REST, GraphQL, Google Cloud, Terraform, GitHub Actions, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and BigQuery. The position requires at least 10 years of experience in digital or e-commerce environments, a successful track record in team management, a strong technical background, and strong business and results orientation.
