CUI Cable is hiring a Telecommunications Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations across one or more markets, including installations, service calls, projects, scheduling, resource allocation, customer service, and team performance. The role leads technicians, supervisors, dispatchers, and administrative staff; manages in-house and subcontractor workforces; oversees fleet, equipment, and inventory; and improves operational processes and KPIs. Candidates need at least 10 years of telecommunications, cable, or broadband operations experience, proven field-operations leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
