Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring a Culinary & Operations Coach to oversee a defined region of corporate restaurants. The role owns food quality and safety, guest experience, people development, compliance, cost performance, and P&L accountability across the region, while coaching restaurant managers and supporting training, openings, marketing activations, and business cases. Candidates need multi-site management experience, commercial acumen, strong communication, a valid Australian driver's licence, and willingness to travel interstate and intrastate.
