Fairmont Southampton is hiring a Culinary Apprentice to support food preparation and service across its luxury culinary operation. The entry-level role provides structured on-the-job training under the guidance of culinary leaders, with responsibilities including ingredient preparation, cooking and plating, kitchen organization, food safety, sanitation, inventory support, and rotational work across kitchen stations and outlets. Previous kitchen or food service experience is not required, while culinary interest, a high school diploma or equivalent, and culinary training are preferred. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
