Direct Supply is hiring a Culinary Consultant to partner with senior living customers and optimize their culinary programs through data-driven analysis, menu and purchasing best practices, and technology-enabled solutions. The role leads customer consultations and business reviews, manages culinary-focused customer accounts, optimizes food order guides and purchasing performance, presents spend and operational recommendations, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, GPOs, and internal teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of culinary consulting, foodservice, dietary services, senior living, or related experience, along with experience in customer presentations, purchasing and menu data analysis, and foodservice technology platforms.
