Cofoco is hiring a Head Chef to develop new dishes, optimize the current menu, and contribute to the day-to-day kitchen work at a popular Copenhagen restaurant. The role requires strong Italian cuisine knowledge, creative and practical culinary development, teamwork, and at least five years of qualified chef experience plus three years of Head Chef or sous-chef management experience.
