Boar’s Head Brand is hiring a Foodservice Culinary Development Manager to support the Foodservice Culinary Lab and collaborate with culinary, supply chain, marketing, operations, training, and sales teams. The role includes recipe development, menu integration, product demonstrations, trade-show coordination, relationship development with purveyors and operators, new-product launches, sample-request follow-up, menu-performance reporting, and culinary training and stewardship. The position reports to the Sr. Culinary Development Manager and requires a culinary or hospitality degree, ACF certification or similar, and 5–7 years of culinary experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
