Culinary Service Director at Estates at Delano

The Culinary Director manages the culinary service department for residents in long-term care, providing therapeutic meal service based on RDA requirements and quality standards. The role supervises and leads all culinary services personnel, plans and controls department functions, and requires travel between the Estates at Delano and the Estates at Excelsior. Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an approved Culinary Services Director’s course, have management and leadership experience, understand budgeting, food purchasing, and menu planning, and have experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living communities.
