Description
The Experiences Chef leads Wildflower Farms' culinary programming by teaching hands-on classes, hosting daily culinary activations, developing seasonal offerings, coordinating with the Head Farmer and local purveyors, personalizing guest experiences, and managing ingredient ordering and costs. The role requires sous chef-level experience or equivalent, preferably in high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality, along with strong communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
