Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is hiring a Culinary Intern to join the Culinary team and F&B department, gaining exposure to kitchen operations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, and banquets. The intern will learn techniques and standards, familiarize themselves with menus and dishes, and provide excellent service to hotel guests. The role requires current enrollment in a Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree with a strong F&B focus, basic cooking skills, strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities, English communication, and availability for five months or longer. The intern receives an allowance of EUR 750 per month, training opportunities, and potential career planning; visa sponsorship is not offered.
