Compass Group is hiring a Culinary Intern for its Minnesota Vikings Training Facility in Eagan, Minnesota. The full-time internship runs from July through December 2027 and pays $20 per hour, with meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations. The intern will rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house stations, support guest service and dietary needs, learn culinary standards and wellness initiatives, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and assist with catering events. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or professional culinary program or have one year of industry experience, meet the university’s GPA requirement, complete sanitation and relevant culinary coursework, and be available for 20–40 hours per week.
