LOCAL Public Eatery is hiring for its Accelerated Leadership Program in the Culinary Leader track, a fast-tracked leadership development role focused on learning to run a multi-million-dollar business within operations while developing people, leadership, culinary, and sales-building skills in a fun, entrepreneurial restaurant environment. The role emphasizes mentoring and retaining a team, community impact, and strong personal qualities such as agility, curiosity, humility, integrity, fun, and resiliency. Compensation is $45,000 to $75,000 per year inclusive of the restaurant tip pool, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a medical reimbursement plan, EAP, and discounts.
