JOEY Restaurants is hiring a Culinary Leader through its three-month Accelerated Leadership Program. The role oversees operations for a multi-million-dollar restaurant, including recruiting, retaining, coaching, and developing a team of 50–100 people; executing quarterly strategic goals; and maintaining standards for product quality, profitability, environment, and guest experience. Candidates need 1–3+ years of culinary leadership experience, talent-management abilities, exposure to P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, strong attention to detail, willingness to support new restaurant openings across Canada and the United States, and Food Safe and Health & Safety certifications. Annual compensation is listed as $48,000–$85,000 plus estimated tips, with health, scheduling, wellness, education, incentive, and leadership-development benefits.
