UW Health is hiring a Culinary Retail Assistant for its University Hospital in Madison. The role provides customer service, sets up meal service lines, portions and serves food, works as a short-order line cook, processes payments, and sanitizes kitchen equipment and the environment. The position is 100% full-time with scheduled Wednesday–Saturday shifts from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., with possible schedule variation based on operational needs.
