Description
The CIA is hiring a Lecturing Instructor for its School of Culinary Science, Health, and Nutrition. The role teaches interdisciplinary culinary science, food safety, applied nutrition, and basic science through lectures, hands-on classes, and laboratory-based learning; develops and manages curriculum; supervises students; conducts applied research; advises students; and contributes to the Institute’s operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of professional experience in a culinary or food-related field, and at least one year of experience presenting technical science or culinary information to non-technical audiences. The anticipated hiring salary is $75,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
