UW Health is hiring a Culinary Services Lead for its Culinary Retail Assistants team at University Hospital in Madison. The role provides customer service, follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, trains and orients new staff, and leads the Culinary Services Department. It is a 100% full-time day-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with some holidays and possible schedule variation. The position requires three years of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience and ServSafe certification within 180 days; an associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, or nutrition and six months of leadership experience are preferred.
