Description
The Culinary Supervisor will produce and execute food products, cook, prepare, and garnish food, and supervise the culinary team when the Sous Chef is absent. The role may work in a catering culinary setting or a standard restaurant on the property, supports restaurant, room service, and outlet menu production, and ensures compliance with resort, state, and federal food health and safety standards. The position requires previous culinary experience, a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding kitchen work.
