Description
The Culinary Support Operations Manager leads kitchen stewarding, sanitation, deep-cleaning, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and workforce management across a cruise destination. The role coordinates with Engineering, maintains food-service areas and commercial equipment, schedules and develops the Culinary Support Operations team, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards in a remote, high-volume environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least five years of progressive experience in stewarding, culinary support, food and beverage operations, kitchen facilities, or a related hospitality environment, including two to three years in a supervisory or management capacity.
