Description
Cresco Labs is hiring a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. The role performs daily plant care, including watering, pruning, transplanting, monitoring environmental conditions, harvesting, trimming, recordkeeping, and maintaining a clean and compliant production area. The position follows a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule, requires physical work involving plant material and lifting up to 50 pounds, and pays $18.50 per hour. Experience in production, horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation is preferred, and the company does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship.
