Curaleaf is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Cultivation Associate in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania, for a Monday-to-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift at $17.00 per hour. The role supports the cannabis plant life cycle from cloning through harvest and curing, including plant care, environmental monitoring, pest and disease inspection, inventory and electronic tracking, lighting and climate-control maintenance, and product preparation. Candidates should have a passion for plants, professional or home harvesting experience, strong documentation and organizational skills, and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture experience is preferred. The position requires extended standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive physical work, and exposure to cultivation environments, and Curaleaf does not offer visa sponsorship.
