Curaleaf is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Cultivation Associate in Ravena, New York, for a Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. shift. The role supports the cannabis plant life cycle from clone through harvest and curing, including plant care, environmental monitoring, pest and disease inspection, inventory and electronic tracking, lighting and irrigation maintenance, and product preparation. Candidates should have a passion for plants, professional or home harvesting experience, strong documentation and organizational skills, and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
