Description
Ayr Wellness is hiring a Cultivation Supervisor to manage day-to-day cultivation facility operations, support cultivation agents, oversee grow zones and crop production, maintain compliance and sanitation, coordinate inventory and deliveries, and monitor plant and equipment health. The role requires two years of commercial cannabis production experience, knowledge of applicable cannabis laws, horticultural or agricultural education or experience, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, chemicals, heat, humidity, and moderate noise.
