Description
The Cultivation Technician performs daily plant care in a cultivation facility, including pruning, maintenance, trellising, plant training, canopy management, pest and disease monitoring, transplanting, harvesting, documentation, and sanitation. The role requires horticultural interest, strong organization and attention to detail, a valid driver’s license or state ID, background-check compliance, and availability for nights, holidays, and weekends. Physical work includes moving equipment, working on lifts and heights, and enduring variable temperatures and humidity.
