Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Associate Manager to support workforce planning, culture and development, and the success of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Operational Transformation & Affordability departments. The role partners with senior managers on organizational workforce planning, manpower forecasting, recruiting support, budget alignment, employee development, team performance, and people strategy. It requires direct-line and functional leadership experience, talent development and coaching abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels. The position is full-time with a salary range of $94,400 to $175,200 and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
