VOIS is seeking a Culture, Inclusion, Employee Proposition & Internal Communications Lead to define and embed its culture, diversity, equity and inclusion agenda, employee value proposition, and internal communications strategy. The role will develop scalable culture and engagement interventions, measure organisational effectiveness, partner with senior leaders and HR teams across multiple geographies, and support leadership capability and inclusive, high-performance practices. Candidates should have extensive experience in global culture transformation, employee proposition strategy, internal communications, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
