Description
The role involves maintaining, repairing, and manufacturing curing tools; making and repairing auxiliary rubber equipment; conducting test series; monitoring output and quality targets; documenting deviations; and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. It requires at least a lower secondary school leaving certificate, several years of professional experience in a skilled manual trade, manual dexterity, careful working methods, German proficiency, and independent work ability. The position is full-time with shift work readiness, pays EUR 15.57 gross per hour for the helper/assistance role and EUR 17.42 gross per hour for the skilled worker/qualified role, plus shift allowance, and is based in Mehrnbach.
