Description
The Product Powertrain - System Performance Technical Specialist will lead Product Problem Solving projects for complex engine, aftertreatment, controls, diagnostics, emissions, and system-performance issues. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, plans and executes testing, simulations, and field-data analysis, manages project schedules, mentors engineers and technicians, and improves engineering tools and processes. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant STEM field, prior senior or lead engineer experience, strong technical problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with engine systems, controls, diagnostics, and tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.
