Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a full-time, remote Curriculum Developer to create and deliver technical training for a major airborne modernization program. The role develops instructor-led, hands-on, and blended-learning curricula for aircrew, maintenance, software, and ground-support personnel; translates avionics, communications, mission-computing, and ground-system documentation into training materials; coordinates with government and contractor stakeholders; and supports courseware reviews, technical-order updates, training evaluations, and continuous improvement. An active Secret Security Clearance and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required, along with 9+ years of curriculum development experience and 5+ years supporting military aviation, avionics, or aerospace programs.
