BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is hiring a Curriculum Manager in Jubail to lead the delivery, quality, approval, and continuous development of commercial maritime and nautical training programmes for the National Maritime Academy. The role manages multidisciplinary curriculum and training teams, delivers and oversees MCA, TGA, SPA, STCW, nautical science, deck officer, simulator, bridge resource management, tanker, port, and related courses, maintains awarding-body and MCA approvals, manages training records and learning systems, oversees ship simulator and navigation/communication lab operations, and develops industry consultancy and bespoke marine and ports courses. The position requires a Class 1 Master Mariner certificate acceptable to the MCA, substantial operational curriculum-management experience, and significant experience with MCA-approved nautical science and STCW short-course delivery.
