BAE Systems is hiring a Curriculum Manager in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to lead the development and delivery of commercial maritime and nautical training programmes for the National Maritime Academy. The role manages curriculum teams, teaching quality, student outcomes, regulatory and awarding-body approvals, simulator and laboratory operations, consultancy services, and specialised STCW and maritime courses. It requires a Class 1 Master Mariner certificate acceptable to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, substantial operational management experience in MCA-approved nautical curriculum and STCW short-course delivery, strong leadership, communication, budgeting, ICT, and change-management capabilities.
