BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Curriculum Manager in Jubail to lead the delivery, development, approval, and continuous improvement of commercial maritime training programs for the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Saudi Transport General Authority, and Saudi Ports Authority. The role manages multidisciplinary curriculum and teaching teams, ensures MCA/STCW and awarding-body compliance, oversees student achievement and records, leads nautical science, deck, ship-handling, simulator, safety, and resource-management course development, and manages simulator and navigation-lab operations. The position requires a Class 1 Master Mariner certificate, substantial operational management and MCA-approved nautical training experience, strong communication and change-management capabilities, ICT skills, budget management, and performance leadership.
